No Audio / AI Voice Not Playing

Check these first:

• Make sure your device volume is turned up and not muted
• Check that your browser hasn't blocked audio — look for an audio icon in the address bar
• Try refreshing the page

On mobile (Safari/iOS):

• Safari requires a user interaction before playing audio — tap Play or Continue to start
• Make sure Silent Mode (mute switch) is off

Voice sounds robotic or cuts out? This is usually a slow connection issue. Try:

• Moving closer to your Wi-Fi router
• Refreshing the page and trying again
• Switching to a lower playback speed (0.75×)

If audio still doesn't play, please submit a ticket with your browser name and version, your device type (iPhone, Android, Mac, PC), and what you see on screen.
