Billing and Payment Issues

Payment failed?

  • Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVC
  • Make sure your billing address matches what's on file with your bank
  • Try a different card or browser
  • Contact your bank if the card keeps being declined


Charged but not getting access? If you completed checkout but the app still shows the subscribe screen, try:

  1. Signing out and signing back in
  2. Hard-refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)


If the problem continues, please contact us with your email and the approximate time of purchase — we'll check the payment status manually.


Refund requests: Please contact us directly via the Help button with your account email and reason for the request.
